Blood Cancer Awareness Month

This is my Husband George.💘 (He doesn't know I'm writing this, and I'm sure I'll be in the bad books when he finds out!). The first image was taken in 2012 not long after he was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The second image is a recent pic of him healthy, happy and fitter than ever.💪👊👊

Georges AML was particularly aggressive, and if it wasn't for his stubbornness (nothing will take George down without a fight) and Blood Cancer Research Charities such as Bloodwise, he would not be here today. I thank my lucky stars every day that he is still here with us.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So why am I telling you this? September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month. Bloodwise and other blood cancer charities are using this as an opportunity to raise awareness of the symptoms of blood cancers, which are vague, non-specific and often confused with other illnesses, such as flu.

In support of this, we are donating £5 OF EACH SALE DIRECTLY TO BLOODWISE during September.

If you would like to read more, you can find lots of information about Blood Cancer Awareness Month on the Bloodwise website.

Thanks for reading ❤️
