We are well into January, and I don't know about you, but I'm still feeling completely frazzled after the craaaaziness of December! I don't think I've ever felt so heavy lethargic and unmotivated. My Ayurvedic Doctor would describe this as too much Kapha.. I call it too many late nights, wine and Ferrero Rocher. Haha! (More on Ayurveda later..).
So I figured it's time to re-balance. Rather than throwing myself into a workout frenzy (which traditionally most of us do in January) I more feel the need to go inwards, quieten my mind and re-centre.
Easier said than done when you share a mad-house with two energetic boys, two crazy boxer dogs and a crazy Czech-man 👦🏼👦🏼🐶🐶👨🏻 ......
But, where there's a will there's a way. I find there's nothing more grounding than finding a quiet space, lighting a candle or diffusing some essential oils and taking out a bit of 'me time' to meditate. Just breathing deeply for 5 minutes leaves me feeling re-energised and back on track.
So why I am telling you this and why should you even care? Well, funny you should ask as this month we are introducing our Bunnies & Zen Meditation Candles..
Hand poured in the UK and made from natural plant wax and essential oils, our candles are free of any nasties. (Let's face it, nothing is going to disturb your Zen more than infusing a cocktail of harmful chemicals into your space!)
We have created a blend of six divine aromas so you can pick one to suit, depending on your personality or mood.
In fact each aroma can provide a rejuvenating, calming and uplifting influence to your meditation and yoga practice, and help direct your focus inward.
Now that's what I'm talking about!
