Q: My nickname’s “Awkward Minnie” and I’ve decided I don’t want my order anymore. Can I get an exchange or refund?
A: We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced merchandise within 28 days of delivery. Please email hello@bunniesandzen.com with your order number, and we will provide you with our return address and instructions. All returned items must be in their original unused condition, accompanied by their original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: I love burning candles but tend to opt for the cheaper candles. Why should I pay more for a Bunnies & Zen candle when they all do the same job?
A: Bunnies & Zen candles cannot be compared to the cheap commercial candles that can be bought on the high street. Such candles are usually made using paraffin wax, which creates highly toxic benzene and toluene when burned (both are known carcinogens). In fact, the toxins released from paraffin candles are the same as those found in diesel fuel fumes (you may have noticed the black soot that accumulates on the jars of paraffin candles and surrounding areas).
Bunnies & Zen candles are made using pure soy wax, which is non-toxic and provides a cleaner burn. In addition, soy wax is biodegradable, so it is much better for the planet.
Q: I love scenting my room with candles, but they give me the mother of all headaches! What can I do?
A: Commercial candles typically contain synthetic scents, which can trigger breathing allergies and headaches in certain individuals. Bunnies & Zen candles are scented with essential oils, which are the pure essence of flowers and herbs extracted from a plant's flowers, leaves, stems, roots and bark through distillation. Because these oils are natural and pure, they should not have the same negative effect that synthetic scents have on sensitive individuals.
Q: I was born clumsy. What happens if I spill the wax on myself?
A: From a safety standpoint, soy wax is the better choice because it has a very low melting point. It will melt at around 45°C, the same temperature as bath water, meaning less risk of burns if you accidentally spill any melted wax on your skin.
