Bergamot
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, bergamot is used to improve the flow of vital energy. It has a light, delicate and refreshing scent similar to orange and lemon, with slight floral overtones. Its sedative yet uplifting character is excellent for anxiety, depression and nervous tension. A combined cooling and refreshing quality seems to allay anger and frustration by decreasing the action of the sympathetic nervous system.
Sweet Orange
Sweet orange has a light, zesty and refreshing citrus fragrance and is great for expelling negativity, tension and stress and encouraging a positive outlook. It is reviving when you feel bored and lacking in energy.
When lighting for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the sides of the container, ensuring a consistent burn. The maximum recommended burn time is 4 hours per burn. Always trim the wick to 5mm after each use.
Please keep the container after use. It can be cleaned easily with warm, soapy water and reused as a trinket box or returned to us to refill.
